4. Email handling, storage, and retention

We do not maintain a separate customer database for website enquiries. Form submissions are transmitted through Google Apps Script and delivered to our email account, where we review and handle them. Google may process or store information within its systems under its own service terms and privacy practices. Our website hosting provider may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active client relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. We do not promise a fixed deletion period. You can email us to request deletion; some records may need to be retained where the law requires or permits it.

5. Service providers and external links

We use Google Apps Script and email services to receive and respond to enquiries. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. When you follow links to services such as WhatsApp or Instagram, those providers handle your activity under their own privacy policies. We do not control their services or data practices. Providers may process information in locations outside India.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting the purposes above, or where required to protect rights, address security concerns, or comply with law.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising tools on this website. The website itself is not designed to create an account or store enquiry details in your browser. Hosting, embedded resources, or third-party sites you visit may use technical storage or logs under their own policies.
